My Gym was founded over 35 years ago, and it’s main purpose is to engage children physically while also building their self esteem and confidence. At My Gym, children are able to reach huge milestones like taking their first steps and even tumbling on mats! Children of all abilities are welcome at My Gym and are encouraged to challenge themselves during each class. Kids ages 6 months all the way to 9 years old are welcome to My Gym, and there are classes for each age group.
